Stool-Tool

Description

Stool-Tool features a stepped design that functions as both a table and a chair. The two-step platforms can serve as a backrest, small work surface, or shelf. It can be stacked up to 10 high for space-saving storage.

With a lightweight handle, Stool-Tool is highly portable and easy to transport. Its monolithic appearance encourages users to explore various seating positions and functions as a work or storage surface.

Konstantin Grcic, 2014

Konstantin Grcic was trained as a cabinetmaker at Parnham College in Dorset before studying industrial design at the Royal College of Art in London. In 1991 he set up his own practice, Konstantin Grcic Design. The Vitra Design Museum devoted a monographic exhibition to Grcic and his work in 2014.
