Shipping & Return Policy
DELIVERY POLICY
- All deliveries are within East and West Malaysia. Recipient’s name, contact number and full address must be accurate to prevent any delays in our fulfilment of your order. If you are gifting to a recipient located in another country, please email to customerservice@haus.com.my for separate arrangements.
- P.O. Box. address is not preferred for security reasons.
- If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel.
- If you are not at home to receive your order, please contact the courier company within a stipulated time frame for next delivery or pick up.
- If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order.
- We use only standard packaging materials for all orders.
SHIPPING CHARGES
For Home Accessories:
Peninsular Malaysia: RM 7 per order
East Malaysia: RM 20 per order
For Furniture – Chairs:
Klang Valley only: RM 50 per order, unless the order is picked up from store which the shipping fee will be waived.
FREE Shipping with minimum purchase amount in a single order:
For Home Accessories:
Peninsular Malaysia: RM 300 per order
East Malaysia: RM 400 per order
For Furniture – Chairs:
Klang Valley only: RM1,000 per order

STRICTLY NO REFUND for shipping & handling charges.
All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated carriers and the schedules vary in accordance to the respective companies.
DELIVERY LEAD TIME
Confirmed orders will be processed within the next three (3) business working days.
Delivery lead time for Orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows :-
Peninsular Malaysia: 3 – 7 business working days.*
East Malaysia: 8 – 10 business working days.*
*subject to changes by the courier service companies.
14 days return or exchange policy
If you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reasons, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 14 days of the order date and issue a full refund excluding the shipping fee.
All we ask is that the product is…
– not used
– in the same condition as you received it
– in the original box and / or packaging
We value your shopping experience on top of everything else, that’s why we also accept exchange (for item of equal or lesser value) if the item does not live up to your expectation.
However, this does not apply to the sale or clearance items in which we already mentioned that it is non refundable nor returnable. Also, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product.
Return or exchange procedures
Please request for return or exchange by emailing us at customerservice@haus.com.my within 14 days from the day order is received. You have to include the following details in the email:

Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions. To exchange item, please let us know the item you would like to have in exchange.
In most cases, you would need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us. However, if we send the wrong item to you, we shall bear the cost of return shipping (as long as you use a standard shipping method) and the cost of sending the correct item to you.
Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and we will contact you to arrange for the refund.
