How do I join Haus Rewards?
To join Haus Rewards, simply sign in to your account on our website. If you're new, create an account, and you’ll automatically be enrolled in the rewards program.
How do I earn points?
You earn points by shopping with us! For every MYR 100 you spend, you’ll receive 1 point. Additionally, you’ll get 10 points just for signing up.
Can I earn points on all purchases?
Yes, points are earned on all eligible purchases made on our website. However, some promotional or discounted items may not qualify for points—check the product description for details.
When can I start redeeming points?
You can start redeeming points as soon as you have enough! There’s no waiting period—just head to the "Ways to Earn" widget, and if you have enough points, you can redeem them instantly.
How do I use my discount voucher?
Once you’ve redeemed your points, you’ll receive a discount code. To apply it, copy the code and paste it into the discount code box at checkout. Your total will automatically adjust with the applied discount.
Do my points expire?
Yes, Haus Rewards points expire 12 months after they’re earned, so make sure to redeem them within that time frame.
Can I use multiple vouchers in one purchase?
Currently, only one voucher can be applied per purchase. If you have multiple vouchers, you’ll need to use them across different transactions.
Can I use point-redeemed and in-store vouchers in the same checkout?
No, only one discount code can be applied per checkout order.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
What happens if I return an item?
If you return an item, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If you used a discount voucher on the purchase, the voucher may be voided upon return.
