The Vegetal chair features an organically shaped design that resembles natural forms, inspired by small trees shaped into seating furniture by American gardeners. The designers and Vitra undertook four years of intense design and development to realize this ambitious project. Its intricate, asymmetrical structure mimics branch-like ribs, reflecting its natural inspiration, while the color scheme enhances this effect.
