The seat of Tabouret N° 307 (1951) by Jean Prouvé has the shape of a tractor saddle and is crafted from solid oak in the version produced by Vitra.

Seat:  solid wood; oak, natural, oiled finish or oak, dark, hard-wax oil finish. Plastic glides.

Origin of wood:  oak (Quercus robur) from Croatia.
