Prismatic Table

Description

Vitra has reintroduced Isamu Noguchi's 1957 Prismatic Table, inspired by ancient Japanese paper folding. This geometric side table consists of three folded aluminum components, elegantly powder-coated, forming a three-legged design with a hexagon-shaped top.

The oeuvre of Japanese-American artist and designer Isamu Noguchi is unusually multi-faceted, ranging from the fine arts to industrial design. Since 2002, Vitra has produced re-editions of his designs in cooperation with the Isamu Noguchi Foundation in New York.
