Furnishings such as Metal Side Tables may not be the centre of attention, but no interior is complete without them. These unassuming side tables fulfil a whole range of valuable roles. They come in three different sizes, in a selection of colours and are available as indoor and outdoor versions.
The outdoor versions of the Metal Side Tables, designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, have a matt powder-coated finish and are available in a separate range of colours from the highly-polished indoor versions. The combination of thin table tops and plinth-like bases generates an appealing contrast.
The brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec live and work in Paris. Their oeuvre ranges from small everyday objects to architectural projects. They have worked with Vitra since 2000 and have contributed numerous designs to both the office and home collections.

Indoor Version:-
Table Top and Base: Bent and welded sheet steel, powder-coated with highly polished finish.
Glides: Felt glides.
Outdoor Version:-
Table Top and Base: Bent and welded sheet steel, galvanised and powder-coated with fine surface texture.
Glides: Polyamide.
Outdoor Use: Suitable for utilisation outdoors on a temporary or seasonal basis, following care instructions. After prolonged exposure to the elements, clean and store away in a dry, sheltered place to ensure lasting use and avoid any deterioration in appearance.
