Roles Available

Project Sales Representative (Full-Time)

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients and projects through online platforms, industry directories, and social media channels.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and managing communication through emails, phone calls, and video conferences.

  • Project Research: Conduct online research to identify upcoming projects, renovation or design initiatives, and other opportunities in the market that align with the store's offerings.

  • Online Presentations: Prepare and deliver online presentations or virtual product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and customization options of various furniture pieces.

  • Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with the sales and design teams to create detailed quotations and proposals for clients, considering their specific project requirements and budget constraints.

Sales Representative (Intern)

  • Customer Service: Attend customers in showroom, ensure that customers are well informed of pieces in store.

  • Custom Price Tags: Update price tag list to ensure that pieces are up to date, learn & update price tag template with new arrangements.

  • Showroom Layout: Pitch new layout plans to improve flow in store (layout plan).

  • Website Management: Source data from Vitra website for each new upload piece for website listing, keeping up to date with website and online store with new/ existing piece.

  • Customer Communication: Contact clients/ customers from master database to showcase new pieces, promotions and campaigns.

Social Media (Intern)

  • Graphic Design: Prepare custom graphics for social media platforms.

  • Research Trends: Research up and coming trends to reference and implement in content.

  • Content Creation: Create visually appealing and engaging social media content (including images, videos, and graphics) that showcases Vitra pieces, highlights their features, and tells compelling stories about the brand and its products.

  • Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest) by scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful interactions with followers.

  • Media Sourcing: Sourcing of pictures which is used for content creation from Vitra Media Library or taking photos.
